Non-Member Details

Do you have an urgent health concern, but you aren’t ready to become a member, traveling or your primary care clinician cannot see you quickly? Then you can schedule a VIRTUAL appointment as a non-member. Please reference below for some conditions that can be treated virtually. If you have questions text or call 813-669-3084

In consideration for the Services provided, Patient agrees to pay Compassion Primary Care, the $100.00 visit charge which is due upon scheduling an appointment. This $100.00 charge will include a telehealth visit which is completed via smartphone, laptop / tablet, or computer with video capabilities, not a telephone call. In addition, your credit card will be charged for any additional fees incurred upon completion of the visit. Payment transactions declined due to insufficient funds will result in cancellation of your appointment. Follow up appointments related to the initial non-member visit or a phone call to review diagnostic tests such as labs, radiology tests, etc. that were ordered to assist with diagnosis of complaint will incur a $50.00 charge per follow-up. This $50.00 charge will be paid prior to the visit.

We request that you give the office at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide 24-hour notice or if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, will result in a non-refund of your payment. No shows may be rescheduled per the office’s discretion and limited appointment times will be offered. Once a patient has missed two appointments they will be dismissed from the practice. Once you have registered and paid for your appointment, if you are unable to schedule an appointment it is your responsibility to notify the office via phone or text within 24 hours, failure to do so will result in a non-refund of payment. All non-member appointments are tentative and same day or next day appointments are NOT guaranteed.
