Compassion Primary Care offers an integrative approach for patients seeking a more holistic approach to their health. Patients with and without insurance are welcome to Compassion Primary Care. A direct primary care model removes the middleman (aka insurance) from the provider-patient relationship. This allows the nurse practitioner to focus on your health care concerns, without the limitation of insurance.

Introductory Direct Primary Care Membership

$80/ month for adults 18 years and older

The Introductory DPC membership covers an annual yearly physical (including EKG if needed), routine checkups, sick / urgent visits as needed, house calls (limit to one visit per month, additional visit will incur an additional fee) and chronic disease management.

Members also receive discounted labs, discounted prescriptions and discounted IV nutrition therapy.

Premium Direct Primary Care Membership

$250/month for adults 18 years of age and older

For those individuals that want a more comprehensive approach to their healthcare, the Premium DPC membership is designed to uncover the root cause of illness. In addition, to the benefits included in the Introductory DPC, this membership includes an integrative evaluation, baseline functional serum lab assessment (list of labs available upon request), thyroid & gut optimization, hormone replacement therapy, personalized coaching, and lifestyle recommendations for longevity.
