Stasha-Gae Roberts, Doctor of Nursing Practice
DNP, MPH, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC

I am Stasha-Gae Roberts, born in Jamaica and raised in the United States from the age of seven. After initially living in Long Island, NY, my family relocated to sunny Miami, FL, where I graduated from high school. I then attended the University of Florida, majoring in nursing. An Army recruiter inspired me to join the Army as a nurse officer, and I was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant. After completing officer basic training in San Antonio, Texas, I spent four rewarding years at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Fort Gordon, GA.

Upon my honorable discharge, I moved to Tampa, FL, where I married and pursued advanced degrees, earning a Master of Public Health, a Master of Science in Nursing, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice. I have been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2014, officially opening Compassion Primary Care on January 4th, 2021. Our direct primary care model allows me to focus on my patients, helping them lead healthier lives through an integrative approach where you are a person, not a number.

At Compassion Primary Care, I provide personalized and accessible care that combines traditional medicine with integrative therapies through virtual appointments and home visits. We proudly serve residents of Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, and surrounding areas in Florida.

Compassion Primary Care is a DPC healthcare model.

What is Direct Primary Care?

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based healthcare model that allows patients to pay a monthly fee for direct access to their primary care provider, eliminating the need for insurance companies.

This model enables me to focus on delivering high-quality, personalized care without the constraints of insurance regulations, allowing for longer appointments and greater access.
