Compassion Primary Care offers a simple and personal way to receive care. We welcome patients with or without insurance. Direct Primary Care removes insurance from the middle of your care. This model allows a direct relationship between you and your provider. It gives your nurse practitioner more time to focus on your health concerns.

Introductory Direct Primary Care Membership

$80/ month for adults 18 years and older

This membership includes One annual physical exam (EKG if medically needed), Routine checkups, Sick or urgent visits as needed, One house call per month (extra visits have an added fee), Chronic disease management.

Members also receive discounted labs, discounted prescriptions and discounted IV nutrition therapy.

Premium Direct Primary Care Membership

$250/month for adults 18 years of age and older

For those individuals that want a more comprehensive approach to their healthcare, the Premium DPC membership is designed to uncover the root cause of illness. In addition, to the benefits included in the Introductory DPC, this membership includes an integrative evaluation, baseline functional serum lab assessment (list of labs available upon request), thyroid & gut optimization, hormone replacement therapy, personalized coaching, and lifestyle recommendations for longevity.
