True healing begins when we stop asking "what's wrong?" and start asking "why?" At Compassion Primary Care, we practice a whole-person approach to health that combines the best of conventional medicine with evidence-informed therapies, lifestyle medicine, and advanced diagnostics—to understand not just your symptoms, but the underlying drivers behind them.
Integrative medicine is an approach to care that looks at the full picture of who you are including your biology, lifestyle, environment, stress load, nutrition, sleep, and more. We identify the root causes of dysfunction rather than simply managing symptoms. It draws on a broad range of evidence-informed tools and therapies, combining them in ways that are personalized, purposeful, and built around your unique needs.
This is not alternative medicine. It is not a rejection of conventional care. It is a smarter, more complete model of medicine that asks more of the evaluation process and delivers more in return.
Most people who come to us have already seen multiple providers. Their labs came back "normal." They were offered a prescription, told to reduce stress, or simply reassured that what they're feeling is part of getting older. They know something is wrong—they just haven't found a provider willing to look deeply enough to find it.

At Compassion Primary Care, every patient relationship begins with a comprehensive evaluation that goes far beyond standard lab panels. We assess metabolic function, gut health, hormonal balance, cellular energy, nutrient status, inflammatory markers, sleep quality, and lifestyle factors—building a complete picture of your health before making a single recommendation.
From there, we develop a personalized care plan that may incorporate a wide range of integrative tools and therapies, including targeted nutrition and lifestyle medicine, peptide therapy, IV nutritional support, gut health optimization, advanced supplementation, regenerative therapies, and mind-body approaches to stress and nervous system regulation. Every element of your plan is chosen intentionally because it addresses something specific to you, not because it follows a generic protocol.

We also recognize that healing is not a single appointment. It is an ongoing process of evaluation, adjustment, and refinement. Our team works with you over time, monitoring your progress and evolving your plan as your health improves.
We are a dedicated integrative medicine practice focused on understanding your health at a deeper level and building a plan that reflects that understanding.
Patients choose us because they want answers, not just management. Because they believe their quality of life matters and are ready to invest in protecting it. Because they want a provider who listens, who looks at the full picture, and who brings both the knowledge and the tools to make a meaningful difference.
Our team combines advanced training in integrative medicine with genuine care for the people we work with. We take the time conventional medicine rarely allows because we know that time is where the real answers are found.
Your plan is individualized and medically supervised. We review medications (anticoagulants/antiplatelets), bleeding risk, immune status, pregnancy/breastfeeding, active infection, poorly controlled diabetes, and cancer history before proceeding. We use ultrasound guidance when appropriate, sterile technique, and a start-low/go-slow dosing philosophy. Seek prompt care for fever, escalating redness, severe pain, or neurologic changes after a procedure.
Yes. Integrative medicine does not reject conventional science—it expands on it. The therapies and approaches we use are grounded in peer-reviewed research and clinical evidence. We stay current with emerging science and apply it thoughtfully, always prioritizing your safety and long-term well-being.
No referral is needed. You can schedule a discovery call directly with our team to discuss your health concerns, goals, and whether our approach is the right fit for you.
Absolutely. We welcome collaboration with your existing healthcare team and can coordinate care where appropriate. Integrative medicine is designed to complement conventional care, not replace it.
Your initial visit is comprehensive by design. We'll conduct a detailed review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and any prior lab work—and from there, recommend any additional testing needed to build a complete picture. Most patients leave their first appointment with a clearer understanding of their health than they've had in years.
Standard lab panels are designed to identify disease, not optimize health. Our advanced testing goes significantly further—assessing metabolic function, micronutrient status, inflammatory markers, gut health, hormonal balance, cellular energy production, and more. This broader view allows us to identify patterns and imbalances that standard testing routinely misses.
This varies depending on the complexity of your health history and the nature of your concerns. Some patients notice meaningful improvements within the first few weeks; others are working through more complex, longstanding dysfunction that takes several months to fully address. We set realistic expectations from the start and work with you consistently over time.
Some services may be partially covered depending on your plan. We recommend checking with your insurance provider directly. We are happy to provide documentation to support any reimbursement claims and will always be transparent about costs before moving forward with any recommendation.
That's one of the most common things we hear—and it's exactly who we designed our practice for. Many patients come to us after years of searching for answers. Our evaluation process is more thorough, our approach more personalized, and our willingness to look deeper more consistent than what most patients have encountered before. If you've tried everything, it may simply be that you haven't yet found the right starting point.
