The Compassion Primary Care Roadmap is a sequenced approach designed to help women in midlife recover their energy, clarity, and hormonal balance, particularly those who have already consulted several clinicians without finding meaningful answers.
Symptoms persist so often because the systems beneath them are examined separately, or not at all. Hormones, thyroid function, sleep, stress physiology, gut health, and nutrition are deeply interdependent, and each one shapes the others. I walk each phase of this roadmap alongside my patients, beginning with a careful review of everything that has brought them here.

Compassion Primary Care is a Direct Primary Care practice, which means I am not constrained by insurance requirements or fifteen-minute appointments. That freedom is what makes this depth of care possible, and my patients feel the difference immediately.
Becoming a patient here happens in three steps. We start with a short discovery call to see whether this practice fits your needs. If it does, your first full appointment gives us the time to review your history properly and decide what to investigate. From there, I recommend the path best suited to what we find, and we begin the work together.
A short discovery call to identify the key problems along with the best next steps.
In-depth intake visit to review your history, labs, and create a solid treatment plan.
Experience symptom relief as you resolve chronic health issues through our integrative care approach.

Care built on partnership. I combine thoughtful testing with an integrative approach, including bioidentical hormone therapy when your evaluation supports it, and I teach you how to sustain your progress long after our appointment ends.

Whether we meet virtually or in your home, the conversation is unhurried and the attention is entirely yours. No two women arrive with the same history, and your care should reflect the particulars of your life.
